1. Custom Orders
Custom-made gold and silver items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically based on the customer’s design.
2. Design Charges
Designing/Modelling/Labour charges are non-refundable.
3. Manufacturing Errors
If there is an issue caused from our side (manufacturing defect), we will:

Repair it free of cost

Or replace it (depending on product type)
4. Coins
Gold and silver coins once sold cannot be returned due to purity and market rate fluctuations.
5. Exchange
Exchange may be offered only if:

Item is unused, undamaged

Within 48 hours of delivery
